Station Use and Research Application
What forms do I need to complete?
- All Station users and guests must complete a liability waiver online.
- If you are an individual wishing to conduct research, a group leader wishing to host an event on station grounds, or a returning user applying for financial aid, you must complete a Station Use and Research Application (Research Application). Upon approval of this application, if you plan to stay at the station overnight, you must also complete a Housing Request to secure a housing reservation.
- If you are a research assistant or technician coming as part of a lab, or if you are a guest visiting a station user, you must complete a Housing Request.
Why am I being asked to log in?
We ask everyone who wants to use or visit the Station to generate a permanent profile. This helps us track Station use, and it helps you by automatically filling form fields next time you visit the web site. It also permits you to save a draft of the form before submitting.
